The Professional Competition Winners were Graeme B. Dinwoodie and Mark D. Janis. Graeme Dinwoodie is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mark Janis is a Professor of Law at The University of Iowa. Their winning entry was titled, “Confusion Over Use: Contextualism in Trademark Law.”
