In-Person Mini-Conferences
Can I attend one or more of the in-person mini-conferences without registering for the Annual Meeting Virtual+?
No. You must first register for the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+ to be able to register for an in-person mini-conference. Stand-alone registration for any of the mini-conferences is not available. Mini-conference space is limited, and registration is not guaranteed.
The registration fee for each mini-conference is $300 (plus VAT for the Berlin mini-conference). No discounts are available for purchasing multiple locations or for registering multiple colleagues.
Additionally, INTA does not have an associated room block in any of the three cities (Berlin, Los Angeles, and New York) in which the events are being held. Registrants are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations, if necessary.
If you’re registered for the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+ and wish to add a mini-conference(s) to your registration, use this direct link (you must be logged in to INTA.org).
Please also note our Event Policies and Health Policies for our in-person mini-conferences.

Refunds for the registration fee for the in-person mini-conference portion of the Meeting only (minus a cancellation fee of US $150) will be issued for cancellations requested between Thursday, July 15, 2021, and Friday, October 29, 2021.
For more information, please refer to our virtual Meeting policies.

Additionally, if you’re attending a Business Development session in the virtual hospitality area, we encourage you to complete your profile with all your contact details and any additional external links you would like to include (e.g., INTAconnect profile, website, LinkedIn profile, etc.).
If you meet anyone at your virtual table with whom you would like to connect afterwards, you can click on that person’s icon to see his or her full profile. This way, you can access a person’s contact details so you can then connect through email, LinkedIn, or any other communications channel listed in the profile.
Will I need a Zoom account to participate in the Business Development sessions?
There are some Business Development sessions that will take place in Zoom. We recommend that you have a functioning camera and microphone. This will enhance your experience when you participate in these sessions.
INTAconnect
I did not receive the setup confirmation email.
You’ll be sent the profile email for INTAconnect under a separate cover.
If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or with your IT department to ensure your email server isn’t blocking emails from the INTAconnect platform, which is separate from the INTA website. Messages from INTAconnect come from [email protected].
How do I send a vCard?
INTAconnect doesn’t have vCard capabilities. However, you can send a vCard within the main platform.
To send a vCard within the main platform, go to Profile, and then go to the second tab and click on vCard. Then click Send.
How do I get started on INTAconnect?

On the next screen for “Badge ID/Registration ID,” please follow the prompts to Claim Accountor to request a reminder for your Badge ID.
How do I revise my profile or add my picture?
Please click on Networking. Then click on Profile and make sure your profile is up to date.
How do I start networking within INTAconnect?

A colleague scheduled a meeting with me in INTAconnect. Do I need to do anything other than click on the meeting invite?
You can go in and out of the virtual meeting room within the scheduled meeting time; however, once the meeting time has expired, you’ll be unable to access the virtual meeting room. Once you’re in the virtual meeting room, the meeting duration is not limited.
Inside the virtual meeting room, you can:
- Review the profile of the person you are meeting.
- Send a message to the person you are meeting.
- Share your screen.
There is no need to download any additional software.
You’ll be able to access the virtual meeting room for any given scheduled meeting directly within the web platform via the “My Schedule” tab.
Virtual meeting rooms are available only for scheduled meetings (if the meeting is pending or cancelled, the virtual meeting room will be unavailable).
A virtual meeting room will be clickable five minutes before the scheduled meeting. Click on Open Virtual Meeting Room to attend your meeting.
If you need to invite others to this meeting, then please forward them the link you received in the email confirmation.
I set my time zone preferences on INTAconnect, so why am I receiving meeting confirmation emails with a different time zone?
The email confirmation you receive will display the time zone of the meeting requester, but you’ll see the meeting in the platform schedule in your respective time zone.
We recommend that you use the schedule in INTAconnect to manage your calls and meetings because this is set to your preferred time zone. Don’t rely on the emails, since that approach may cause confusion.
CLE/CPD Information
Will CLE/CPD be available for all sessions?
CLE credits/CPD points will be available for many of the educational sessions. INTA will apply to several state authorities for most of the general sessions.
To meet CLE eligibility requirements, you must be connected and watch the entire session. A verification code will appear during the session presentation. Please download the affirmation form, fill in the codes, and keep the form for your records in case the state authority requests it. You’ll see a message like the following:
For those individuals seeking CLE credit in New York State, please fill out the New York State Affirmation Form and send it to [email protected] at the end of the Meeting.
Your log-in/log-out information is recorded in the system and is also used to verify attendance for CLE purposes. If approved, Certificates of Attendance for the live sessions will be available approximately three to four weeks after the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+.
INTA issues all CLE certificates. If you have questions about CLE, please contact us.
When and how can I retrieve my CLE certificate?
You’ll be able to download the Certificate of Attendance approximately three to four weeks after the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+ through INTA’s website.
How many CLE credits will I receive for my state?
Credits are requested for each state according to the number of sessions and the duration of each session. INTA does not have any control over the number of credits that each state approves. The amount of CLE credit approved varies for each state. The CLE credits provided by each state will not be determined or posted online until after the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+. Please allow approximately three to four weeks for information to be uploaded to the Registrant Portal.
Can I download certificates for past meetings?
You may download certificates for meetings from previous years by accessing the CLE portal.
