To get the most out of your Meeting experience,  we prepared some tips for you and your team to consider when planning for the in-person mini-conference portion of the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+.

1. Set up a meeting with all staff attending one of more of the in-person mini-conferences to discuss how to optimize your meeting experience, meet your business goals, and develop a meeting strategy.
2. Strategize your staff’s attendance at the in-person mini-conferences and who they should meet.
3. Register early so you can attend the in-person mini-conferences and have access to INTAconnect early to begin making your appointments and connections.
4. Let your colleagues know that you are planning to attend one or more of the in-person mini-conferences via email and on LinkedIn—and who from the team will attend.
5. Establish an ambitious plan for each team member with goals to achieve at one or more of the in-person mini-conferences.
6. Take time to schedule your calendar in INTAconnect, so other registrants know when you are available to meet.

1. Allow enough time to arrive at your meetings and come prepared for the safety measures that the venue is implementing.
2. To make things more comfortable, decide in advance how you feel comfortable greeting people and share what that is with other Meeting registrants.
3. Check INTAconnect via your mobile device to stay on top of your virtual appointments.
4. Meet up with your in-person team to recap your day before the networking reception.

1. Follow up with emails to those you met up with in person at the Meeting and make plans to meet up at INTA’s next in-person Meeting.
2. Debrief with your team to discuss learnings from their participation at this year’s Meeting.
3. Encourage your staff to continue learning post-Meeting with the educational sessions available on-demand until February 16, 2022.
