This year, BD Excursions are part of our Social Networking at the in-person Meeting. Invite a new client, someone you met during a Speed Networking session, or sign up to meet new people. Corporate Meetings are an important component of our in-person meetings, allowing Corporate Members to conduct business with their outside counsel, partners, and vendors. Speed Networking sessions help you make global business connections and revitalize former contacts to support your business continuity. With fun questions to break the ice and great conversations that follow, you won’t believe it when the hour is up!

Sessions will be held in-person at the Walter E. Convention Center and virtually to help you expand your network and develop new business relationships. No additional registration fees apply.

This is a new way to meet and interact with your global in-house counterparts in an informal and relaxed setting.

Hospitality is available to all registrants. This space is designated for informal meetings and meet-ups. Registrants can find an open table here to meet new people and connect in person. You can also use this space for meetings scheduled via INTAconnect. The hospitality area is open daily from Monday to Wednesday with continental breakfast and all-day coffee services. No additional registration fees apply.

The INTA Café is designed to be an informal space and is a great place to hold impromptu or small project team meetings, host an afternoon happy hour, or arrange a one-on-one meeting with a client. The INTA Café will be open 24 hours throughout the Annual Meeting. No additional registration fees apply.

Enjoy our planned social offerings designed to bring registrants together through mutual interests, shared knowledge, or the adventure of trying something new. We’re offering these social activities virtually from Monday to Wednesday. No additional registration fees apply. 

Reserved Meeting Rooms are private rooms you may reserve in the Walter E. Convention Center to hold your business meetings. These rooms are conveniently located in the convention center, so you and your guests can meet for a private appointment without leaving the building. You’ll be able to schedule meetings with between two and 40 registrants in these rooms, starting on Saturday. Additional fees apply.

Many of our registrants are actively involved in the planning and implementation of informal group activities such as the running group and GLINTA.
