2022 Annual Meeting Live+
Departure Rapid Molecular (PCR) COVID-19 Testing
Return to 2022 Annual Meeting Live+
We are partnering with SafeAccess and its partner, Wellness Coaches, to provide onsite 30-minute rapid molecular Covid-19 (PCR) testing for international travelers before they exit the United States.
Wellness Coaches is one of the nation’s largest and most experienced corporate clinical healthcare services providers. For nearly 20 years across hundreds of client locations, they have specialized in workplace wellness, nutrition, and injury prevention coaching. Throughout the pandemic, their covid services have ranged from private and corporate events, executive testing, international travel needs, and government functions.
How It Works
- Before testing, you will be provided with a URL link for Wellness Coaches/Rymedi secure and private Digital Healthcare Solution. This is utilized for all testing needs, registration, and results.
- Register yourself, purchase your PCR test and schedule your testing appointment.
- Go to the designated testing site at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center East Salon during your scheduled appointment time, and a member of the testing team will greet you.
- Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your testing time.
- You will be asked to display the QR code you received during Wellness Coaches/Rymedi account set-up. We recommend you take a screenshot of the QR code, save it to your Apple Wallet or print it off ahead of time. You will also be able to create an account to receive the QR code at the time of testing.
- A testing team member will scan your QR code and direct you to a healthcare administrator.
- The administrator will take a lower nasal swab using the provided test kit.
- Within 20-30 minutes, you will receive a text or e-mail alert that your results are ready to be viewed. Therefore, you are not required to wait for your results in the testing area.
