The hotel reservation link will be available in your 2022 Annual Meeting Live+ confirmation email.

INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels in our official block from April 27-May 7, 2022 (three days before and three days after the official dates of the 2022 Annual Meeting Live+, based on availability). Our official housing provider is Connections Housing. Please note rates and availability are subject to change after April 8.

Please note you must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. The Annual Meeting rate is limited to one room per registrant. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will receive a link to the Hotel Booking System in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after you register to book a room.

Important Information About the Housing Company

INTA carefully chose Connections Housing as the official exclusive housing company for the Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

Please be warned that there are other companies claiming to have some relationship with the Annual Meeting, and please be aware that this is a misrepresentation. These companies may offer discounted hotel rates, use URLs and websites similar to INTA’s, or may identify themselves in calls or emails as working for INTA. Please do not be misled. The only authorized communications will come from INTA (inta.org) or from Connections Housing.

Please rest assured that there is only one official exclusive housing company and that is Connections Housing. Once you have registered for the Annual Meeting, you can easily book a room on their website and feel confident that you will get what you paid for in the official INTA hotel block.

Hotel Reservation Policies

Reserving a Hotel Room
To check availability at individual properties, reserve a hotel room, and obtain the discounted rate, you must first register for the Annual Meeting Live+. Hotel reservations must be made through the INTA housing company by Friday, April 8, 2022, or until INTA’s block of rooms are sold out.

Note that hotel reservations will not be taken via telephone.

If you have a physical disability that requires special accommodations or would like to reserve a private suite, please contact us.

Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event. Approximately 30 days prior to the start of event, the hotel you book, not Connections Housing, may charge your credit card a deposit equal to one night’s room charge, plus tax.

Cancellation
Please review your Hotel Reservation confirmation email thoroughly for your hotel’s specific cancellation and no-show policy. In most cases, guests must cancel reservations three days prior to arrival to avoid a cancelation fee. If canceled within three days of arrival, the credit card will be charged the full length of stay, plus tax.

Changes
To change or cancel your reservation on or before April 8, 2022, email [email protected] or call 702-381-0912. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with the hotel that you booked. Contact information for that hotel can be found on your reservation confirmation email. Changes at any date are based on availability.

No-Show
No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. You must notify your hotel of early departure upon checking in; otherwise, if you depart early, you will still be charged for the full time that you originally reserved, including tax.
