Adventuress Catamaran Cruise
Cruising around the San Diego harbor, guests will see sea lions, exotic birds, and a variety of marine life. Catamarans are extremely stable with dual Hulls, offering speed, comfort and fun – guests won’t even know they are on the water. Light snacks available. Transportation included.

Chopped Experience
In this “Chopped” style competition, each team will attempt to incorporate unusual combinations of ingredients into dishes that are evaluated by a panel of judges—just like the TV show! Each team will be given a basket or box containing mystery ingredients and are expected to create two signature dishes (one appetizer and one entrée) that use all of the ingredients in some way. Chefs will also have access to a shared marketplace of more common ingredients, such as spices, garnishes, and oils.
With a few basic instructions from our chef, each team will work together to create their two dishes to submit to the judges. A “Create Your Own” recipe card will be provided for teams to track their ingredients.
Winners will be chosen by the panel of judges based on a variety of factors, including creative, presentation, and taste.
Chefs, start chopping! The event is a 7-minute walk away.
