2025 Annual Meeting
Meeting Services Requests
New in 2025, INTA is pleased to offer enhanced meeting room services to groups who use meeting space in the Convention Center. These new offerings are designed to improve the overall meeting experience, making it easier, more productive, and more comfortable for all attendees.
Due to the high demand for meeting rooms, we are almost at full capacity, and the request form has been closed. If you’re still interested in booking a space, please reach out to Tina Vickery. When you contact her, make sure to include the date, time, number of expected attendees, and your preferred room setup.
Please note that emailing Tina does not guarantee a room, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
Important: All company staff and guests must be registered for the INTA 2025 Annual Meeting and wear their personal badge to gain access to the meeting room.
