Call for 2020 Award Nominations
Published: August 5, 2020
INTA is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2020 President’s Award and INTA Service Awards. Perhaps this year more than any other, our Association, led by our dedicated volunteers, has successfully navigated some unique challenges and advanced our Association and the interests of the global intellectual property (IP) community. Join us in celebrating the achievements of fellow members by nominating those deserving of an INTA award.
The President’s Award acknowledges, with the profound appreciation of the global trademark and related IP community, those individuals of a member organization who, over the course of a career in trademark and related IP law, have epitomized our mission and made a lasting impact on our Association. In 2019, the recipients were Marion Heathcote (Davies Collison Cave, Australia) and Lara Kayode (O. Kayode & Co, Nigeria).
Three categories of INTA Service Awards recognize individuals and organizations that have provided exemplary service to the Association during the previous year: Advancement of Association Objectives, INTA Members for a Better Society, and the INTA Membership Champion Award, for which INTA staff will submit nominations.
