Amicus Brief

Jack Daniel’s Property, Inc. v. VIP Products, LLC

Published: October 19, 2020

Court

Supreme Court of the United States

Our Position

The Court should grant Jack Daniel’s Property’s petition for a Writ of Certiorari as the Ninth Circuit’s decision in this case improperly extends Rogers v. Grimaldi to the use of trademarks on any commercial good arguably having some “expressive” quality.
