To get the most out of your meeting experience, we’ve prepared some tips for you and your team to consider when planning for the virtual portion of the 2021 Annual Meeting Virtual+.

1. Set up meetings with your staff attending the virtual Meeting to discuss how to develop a meeting strategy, optimize their meeting experience, and meet your business goals.
2. Strategize your staff’s workshops, speed networking, table topics, and social events participation —you’ll want to maximize the opportunity for you and your team to meet as many different people as possible.
3. Establish a meeting plan for each team member to attend specific educational sessions and Business Development opportunities with goals to reach daily or over the week.
4. Register early, so you receive access to INTAconnect early and can begin making your appointments and connections.
5. Take some time to block your calendar in INTAconnect, so other registrants know when you are available. You will also be able to see who is registered for the meeting on our website as we get closer to the meeting dates.
6. Schedule time to learn more about INTA’s next Strategic Plan, INTAcollaborate, our new committee management toolkit, and legal resources.
7. Take advantage of the President’s Office Hours and identify key team members to meet with our 2021 INTA President. These opportunities will be clearly identified on the schedule, and some require advance registration.
8. Visit our schedule regularly to see the latest updates.

1. Prepare your meeting agendas and come prepared.
2. Log in early to session, meetings, or other calls to ensure that you have access through the different platforms. Premium access and early access registrants get early access to our virtual platform, so join our Preview Day session on Friday, November 12, to help you navigate this year’s Annual Meeting Virtual+.
3. If you experience technology issues, visit Help on the main platform page.
4. Plan to have your camera on during meetings to develop a connection and relationship with the other meeting registrants.
5. Engage in chats during sessions when applicable.
6. Connect with the people you met during speed networking, table topics, and social events in INTAconnect.
7. Visit our Brand Marketplace and learn the latest technology that can help improve your work experience.
8. Meet up with your team daily in the INTA Café to review the day or prepare for the next day.

1. Follow up with new and old friends and look forward to meeting up at our next in-person event.
2. Debrief with your team to discuss learnings from their participation at this year’s Meeting.
3. Encourage your staff to continue learning after the Meeting by viewing the educational sessions available on demand until February 16, 2022.
