Don’t miss your opportunity to schedule your meeting at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (Convention Center), offering your clients a convenient location to meet with you. There are several ways to conduct business in the Convention Center during the INTA 2022 Annual Meeting Live+ (Annual Meeting) or at one of the many hotels in INTA’s hotel block, and at various event spaces around the city.

INTA would like to know about all events taking place in Washington, DC, during the Annual Meeting so that your events do not conflict with INTA’s planned events. Reporting your event also helps the city measure INTA’s total economic impact, increasing our negotiating power in future destinations and giving us the ability to pass savings down to our members.

We’re committed to the safety and well-being of all of our in-person Annual Meeting registrants. Therefore, we expect similar health and safety measures to those for the Annual Meeting to be implemented at your organization’s event, including that all registrants wear their INTA-issued badges at your event.

Host your meeting or event at the Convention Center to take advantage of the health and safety measures put in place by the Convention Center and INTA. Indicate your interest on the form, and we will have an INTA representative contact you.

Please fill out the Plan Your Own Event form. INTA will contact you if there is any conflict. Once the request is approved, you may begin working directly with your preferred venue.

Any and all corporate, law firm, sponsor, or exhibitor meetings, as well as social events or hospitality suite meetings to be held at any Washington, DC, location (including hotels, museums, restaurants, parks, social clubs, etc.) should be reported to INTA in advance.

In reviewing requests and in any subsequent approval of requests, INTA is not assuming any responsibility or liability for the event. Your organization will be fully liable and responsible for all matters concerning your event, including but not limited to making all payments, having adequate insurance coverage, ensuring appropriate behavior from guests, and meeting contractual obligations. In addition, please refer to our Health Policies and Waiver and our in-person Meeting policy.

Approval of a request does not guarantee that you will secure your first-choice venue or hotel. Once approved, you may contact your chosen venues promptly to confirm your event requirements.
