The Panel of Trademark Mediators (PTM) is composed exclusively of INTA members who specialize in resolving disputes concerning trademarks and related intellectual property through mediation as an alternative to arbitration or litigation. PTM members offer mediation services to brand owners, their counsel, and the public. The PTM includes mediators who are fluent in various languages and understand mediation standards in numerous jurisdictions.
