Governance
The Bylaws are our primary governing document and provide the framework for our operation and management. The Bylaws guide the actions and decisions of the Board of Directors.
The Code of Policies compiles policies and procedures to supplement the Bylaws. The Board of Directors may adopt new policies and amend existing policies in its regular course of business.
The Whistleblower Policy outlines our employee code of conduct and protection, reaffirming our requirement for employees to observe the highest standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.
