INTA is offering discounted rates at all hotels in our official room block from May 14 through May 21, 2023 (two days before and one day after the official dates of the 2023 Annual Meeting Live+ (May 16-20), based on availability). Our official housing provider is bnetwork. Rates and availability are subject to change; therefore, we strongly recommend that you start booking your rooms as soon as you are registered.

You must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. The Annual Meeting rate is limited to one room per registrant. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will receive a link to the Hotel Booking System in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after you register to book a room.

Please be warned that there are other companies claiming to have some relationship with the Annual Meeting, and please be aware that this is a misrepresentation. These companies may offer discounted hotel rates, may use URLs and websites similar to INTA’s, or may identify themselves in calls or emails as working for INTA. Please do not be misled. The only authorized communications will come from INTA (inta.org) or from bnetwork.

How to book your discounted flight:

1. Go to the Singapore Airlines website.
2. Click on “Apply promo code” (above “return date”).
3. Enter INTA’s promo code: INTAGM2023 and click “apply.”
4. Put in your flight booking and click “search.”
5. Choose your preferred flights (promo codes are indicated by a blue “promo applied” tag).
6. Click on “proceed” to go to the next page and fill out your passenger details and pay for your flight.

Entry into Singapore
As of February 13, 2023, all COVID-19 requirements for visitors arriving in Singapore will be removed regardless of vaccination status or traveler profile. However, all visitors still need to fulfil all other general entry requirements.

COVID-19 travel insurance is no longer required for entry into Singapore, regardless of vaccination status.

If travelers would like to purchase COVID-19 travel insurance on their own accord, some Singapore providers that offer options starting with S$30,000 medical coverage include:

Travelers can also purchase from insurance providers in their own countries.

Travel out of Singapore
There are no restrictions imposed on departures from Singapore. However, travelers must abide by the travel requirements imposed by their overseas destination.

Bulk Discount Pricing

INTA offers Corporate and Associate registrants of the 2023 Annual Meeting Live+ with complimentary registrations if the following has been satisfied:

• Corporate Registrations: Buy three (3) full price Live+ registrations within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free Live+ registration, and so on.
• Associate Registrations: Buy five (5) full price Live+ registrations within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free Live+ registration, and so on.
• Limitations: Only paid Live+ Package Registrations (In-Person + Virtual) will count towards the Bulk Discount Pricing calculations outlined above; In-Person Only registrations will not count towards Bulk Discount Pricing calculations. Calculations depend on organizations to be properly related.
• Exclusions: Registration prices that are lower in value than the highest value Member or Non-Member offerings are not eligible for Bulk Discount Pricing, namely: Emeritus Member, Government Member/Non-Member, Nonprofit Member/Non-Member, University Member, Professor Member, Student/Student Bridging Member, and any complimentary registration (other than those provided by the Bulk Discount Pricing calculations).

Refunds
For consideration of a refund for the Live+ or In-Person Only-portion of the Meeting, submit your Refund Request Form to INTA Member Operations stating in detail the reason for the refund request and including copies of relevant supporting documents for the refund request.

Full refunds for the registration fee paid will be issued only if a refund request is received by Friday, March 10, 2023, 11:59 pm (United States Eastern Time).

Full refunds for the registration fee, minus an administration fee of US $150, will be issued for refunds requested after Friday, March 10, 2023, 11:59 pm (United States Eastern Time).

No refund requests will be accepted, and no refunds will be given beyond Thursday, May 11, 2023, 11:59 pm (United States Eastern Time).

Substitutions
Your base registration for the Annual Meeting and any additional related events is transferable to another person affiliated with your member organization umbrella.

To facilitate the substitution process, please submit your Substitution Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the substitution and the person attending in your place.

All substitution requests must be submitted by Thursday, May 11, 2023, 11:59 pm (United States Eastern Time).
