Reserving a Hotel Room
To check availability at individual properties, reserve a hotel room, and obtain the discounted rate, you must first register for the Annual Meeting. Hotel reservations must be made through the INTA housing company, Connections Housing, by Thursday, April 24, 2025, or until INTA’s block of rooms are sold out.
Hotel reservations will not be taken by telephone.
If you need to speak to a reservation specialist regarding your existing reservation, call +1-702-381-0912, or email [email protected]. Reservation specialists are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
If you have a physical disability that requires special accommodation or would like to reserve a private suite, please contact us at [email protected].
Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. The credit card must have an expiration after the date of the event. Approximately 30 days prior to the start of the event, the hotel you book, not Connections Housing, may charge your credit card a deposit equal to one night’s room charge, plus tax.
Cancellation
Please review your Hotel Reservation confirmation email thoroughly for your hotel’s specific cancellation and no-show policy. In most cases, guests must cancel reservations three days prior to arrival to avoid a cancelation fee. And in most cases, if canceled within three days of arrival, the credit card will be charged the full length of stay, plus tax.
Changes
To change or cancel your reservation on or before Wednesday, April 23, 2025, email [email protected] or call +1-702-381-0912. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with the hotel that you booked. Contact information for that hotel can be found on your reservation confirmation email. Changes at any time are based on availability.
No-Show
If you do not show up for your hotel reservation (no-show), you will be charged for the entire stay.
