INTA has secured a block of hotel rooms at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood at a special rate for registrants. Reservations are accepted only on a first-come, first-served basis until the room block is filled or no later than Saturday October 11, 2025, whichever is sooner.

You must register for the 2025 Leadership Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be cancelled.

*Additional person (in excess of 2 adults per room) is US $25.00 per person per night. 

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (sales tax rate is 7% and hotel occupancy tax rate is 6%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the Meeting.

• If you cancel three days or fewer prior to arrival, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.
• If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time for your reserved stay without canceling, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.
• If you depart the hotel earlier than expected, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.
• Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 pm EST and check-out time is 11:00 am EST.
