2023 Annual Meeting Exclusive Corporate Meeting Rooms

Corporate meetings are a important component of our in-person events, allowing Corporates Members to conduct business with their outside counsel, partners, and vendors.

2023 Annual Meeting Live+ Exclusive Corporate Meeting Rooms will be available from:

Tuesday, May 16: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 17: 8:00 am-7:00 pm
Thursday, May 18: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Friday, May 19: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday, May 20: 8:00 am-2:00 pm

Exclusive Meeting rooms are located on level 3 in the Jasmine Rooms at the Sands EXPO and Convention Centre. Please note advanced registration is required.

Exclusive to Corporate Members. No additional registration fees apply.

Reserve Your Room

Terms and Conditions

All your event guests and staff must be registered for the INTA Annual Meeting and must have a meeting badge to enter the space.
Two or more members from your organization must be registered for the 2023 Annual Meeting to reserve exclusive meeting room space in the Convention Center.
You cannot change the room set up as they are set to accommodate other groups for the rest of the week.
If you require a larger room, please email us with the required date and time so we can try and accommodate that request.
You can order food and beverage through the convention center catering vendor. (Contact details can be found in the confirmation email, once you reserve a room)
You can take your own sign and place it immediately outside your meeting room for the duration of your meeting.
You will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting room. If you require hardwire internet connection, please contact the Internet service provider. (Contact details can be found in the confirmation email, once you reserve a room)
Meeting rooms will have basic AV(screen and projector). Please contact the AV vendor if you require any additional audio and visual equipment. (Contact details can be found in the confirmation email, once you reserve a room)
If your plans change and you wish to cancel a room you reserved – notification by event host(s) to INTA must be received in writing by April 28, 2023
