Our virtual Exhibit Hall will provide an interactive experience for registrants to learn more about your organization’s products and services. Registrants can visit your booth, view documents and videos, and engage in valuable conversations using the online chat tool. Plus, in addition to the days of the Meeting, your name will remain in front of your targeted audience during the on-demand period through January 2021.

Diamond Exhibitors will be placed in the front of the Exhibit Hall and Emerald Exhibitors will be placed in the second row.

Our new interactive Exhibit Hall lets you virtually connect to IP professionals, brand owners, and decision makers around the world.

Features include:

• Information and demonstrations of products and services
• One-on-one meetings with exhibitors
• Special hours for appointments with exhibitors

• Exhibitor who cancel their booth on or before August 31 will receive a full refund for the cost of the booth.
• Exhibitor who cancel their booth after August 31 will receive a refund of the booth minus a US $150 cancellation fee.
• Exhibitor who cancel their booth after October 1 will not receive a refund.
