INTA offers Corporate and Associate registrants of the 2026 Annual Meeting with complimentary registrations if the following has been satisfied:

• Corporate Registrations: For every three (3) full price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchased within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
• Associate Registrations: For every six (6) full price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchased within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
• Limitations: Only paid 2026 Annual Meeting Registrations will count towards the Bulk Discount pricing calculations outlined above. Calculations depend on organizations being properly related so that the registration system can offer earned complimentary registrations.
• Exclusions: Registration prices that are not eligible for Bulk Discount pricing include: Emeritus Member, Government Member/Non-Member, Nonprofit Member/Non-Member, University Member, Professor Member, Student/Student Bridging Member, and any complimentary registration other than those provided by the Bulk Discount pricing calculations.

Bulk discount will be applied once general registration opens in January 2026. If you are eligible for a free registration based on the number of registrations you purchased during the pre-sale, you will receive a refund for that free registration.
