BY VISITING AND/OR USING THE CAREER CENTER PLATFORM YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Career Center Policy
INTA offers the Career Center platform as a convenience for members to post job listings free of charge as part of their member benefits, as well as for non-members to post job listings for a fee. The general public is able to review all listings. A job seeker should respond directly to the employer that posted the listing. INTA is not involved in any contact or communication between employers and job seekers. INTA does not control any aspect of the postings or related job, including the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of the jobs listed or the ability of job seekers to fulfill job responsibilities. Employers are solely responsible for drafting job listings and making all hiring decisions. INTA will only be considered an employer in connection with listings by INTA for positions at INTA offices. INTA does not review listings for compliance with applicable laws in each jurisdiction and relies on each employer to ensure compliance. Accordingly, each employer warrants that its listing(s) submitted to the Career Center complies with all applicable laws and all legal requirements in the applicable jurisdiction(s). INTA does not assume any responsibility for wages, benefits, salary disclosures, safety, working conditions, or compliance with any other employment or other law in relation to the contents of listings or the vacancy. While INTA reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, not to post, and to remove a job listing at any time, INTA does not assume any obligation to do so and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for not taking any such action. These terms are supplemental to INTA’s Terms of Use, which also apply to use of the Career Center.
